The real problem

Every year, hundreds of homeowners have to rip out and replace their floors due to water leaks, condensation, or backups.
The wood warps, the vinyl peels off, the ceramic cracks... and the cycle begins again.
At Béton Calacatta, we wanted to break this circle.

The Calacatta Solution

Our solution is a self-leveling marble floor designed for the Quebec climate.
Cast in one piece, it contains no joints, does not rot and does not peel off.
Its exclusive composition, derived from our Calabond, Calacrete and Calashield ranges, creates a waterproof, stable and elegant surface — designed to last for decades.

Result: a solid, chic and maintenance-free floor, which lasts for years... and seasons.

La preuve et la tranquillité d’esprit

Calacatta Concrete is an innovation born here in Quebec, following the floods of August 2024.
Designed by an experienced installer, the system has been tested in real-world conditions—damp basements, exposed garages, and disaster-renovated homes.
Each project comes with technical advice, a network of trained installers, and a 20-year prorated residential warranty.

Durability that exceeds conventional floors

Once sealed with our Calashield system, Calacatta marble concrete forms a dense, stable and durable surface.
It easily withstands residential and light commercial uses, resists wear and tear and retains its finish over the years.

Comfort and safety

The marbled surface offers a slightly satiny texture that promotes grip while remaining easy to clean.
It has no solvent odor and contains no VOCs—for a healthier environment.

Ideal use

Calacatta Concrete is the perfect solution for basements, garages, light commercial spaces, lofts, and open areas where moisture resistance and the beauty of marble meet.
Not recommended for surfaces exposed to frost, weather or prolonged standing water.
